Welsh Wildflower Honey from The Snowdonia Honey Co. is the perfect way to experience the essence of the Welsh countryside. This pure, natural honey is sourced from happy bees that forage on native wildflowers which grow in abundance in Snowdonia. The result is a honey that is cold-extracted, unpasteurised and minimally filtered to preserve its full, natural flavours. Notes of bramble, clover, gorse, hawthorn, rosebay willow herb and sycamore all find their way into our honey.
