DYLAN’S SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Dylan’s. This policy explains how & when we deliver orders.


 

1. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1 day after payment is received.

  • We do not process orders or ship on weekends, public, or bank holidays.

  • During busy periods, dispatch times may be longer, but if this is ever a concern, we’ll keep you updated by email.

 


 

2. Delivery Services

  • We use trusted courier services such as Royal Mail.

  • Tracking information will be provided where available & applicable.

  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing your order, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost due to incorrect or incomplete details.

 


 

3. Delivery Areas & Restrictions

  • We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

  • Deliveries containing alcohol can only be made to addresses in the UK & must be received by someone aged 18 or over. Our couriers may request ID at the door.

 


 

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Delivery

    • 1st Class - Tracked 24: £5.40 or £8.20 (Depending on size & weight)
      (Estimated delivery: 1–2 working days).

    • 2nd Class - Tracked 48: £4.00 or £6.80 (Depending on size & weight)
      (Estimated delivery: 2-3 working days).

  • Free Standard or Courier Delivery 

    • On all orders over £50.

5.a. Alcohol Deliveries

  • Orders containing alcohol must be received by an adult aged 18 or over.

  • If no one of legal age is available to accept delivery, the courier may refuse to deliver & the order will be returned to us. In this case, we will refund the order minus delivery costs.

5.b. Chilled Deliveries

  • We dispatch orders containing chilled products using 24-hour delivery to maintain quality.

  •  

    Orders placed after 1 p.m. Thursday will be dispatched the following Monday to avoid weekend delays.

 


 

6. Missed or Delayed Deliveries

  • If you miss a delivery, please contact the courier directly to arrange redelivery or collection.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, adverse weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

 


 

7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, with photos where possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Returns & Refunds Policy. [Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy for more information.]
