"This oil has a pleasing pale gold colour and some cloudiness. There are some sweet leek notes on the nose. Judges commented that it smelt of gently softening leeks. The leek flavour is extremely well judged, allowing the sweet perfume of the leek to come through, without any crisp rawness. The oil creates a creamy, rich and sweet balance.
