This artisanal gochujang puts a distinctive Welsh spin on a Korean classic. Layered with dark brown sugar, soy, garlic, and ginger for richness, then finished with red chilli paste for approachable heat, it's a deeply savoury-sweet sauce loaded with umami. Use it as a dip, marinade, or to elevate stir-fries, grilled meats, and roasted vegetables with instant, authentic flavour.

GOCHUJANG SAUCE 180G: Dark Brown Sugar, Korean Red Chilli Paste (30%)(WHEAT Flour, Corn Syrup, Mixed Seasoning (Red Chilli Pepper Powder, Water, Salt, Garlic, Onion), Water, Salt, Red Chilli Pepper Powder (3.88%), Ethyl Alcohol, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (WHEAT)), Water, Soy Sauce (12%)(Water, Sugar, Salt, Soy Sauce Extract (9%) (Water, Defatted SOYA Bean (3%), Salt, Roasted WHEAT), Colour (Ammonia Caramel), Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Garlic, Ginger.
Do not refrigerate. Store in a cool dark place.
Once opened, use within 3 weeks.
