Here at Dylan's, we take pride in offering a unique selection of house-made sauces that can add a little something to every dish.

In this three-pack, you will find our Sweet Chilli Jam, which is sweet and spicy, and works a treat on a bacon and brie bagel. Our Gochujang Sauce brings a delightful kick, inspired by Korean cuisine, perfect for adding heat and complexity to your meal. And our Spiced Fruit Chutney has a mix of sweetness, spice, and tang, making it an ideal complement for cheese, crackers & a glass of wine.

Each sauce is crafted in-house with fresh ingredients.

Ingredients & Nutritional Information 

Dylan's Sweet Chilli Jam 180g: Tomatoes, Sugar, Red Wine Vinegar, Ginger, Red Chilli (5%), FISH Sauce (Anchovy Extract (FISH) (68%), Salt, Sugar), Garlic, Pectin.

Do not refrigerate. Store in a cool dark place.

Once opened, use within 3 weeks.

Dylan's Gochujang Sauce 180g: Dark Brown Sugar, Korean Red Chilli Paste (30%)(WHEAT Flour, Corn Syrup, Mixed Seasoning (Red Chilli Pepper Powder, Water, Salt, Garlic, Onion), Water, Salt, Red Chilli Pepper Powder (3.88%), Ethyl Alcohol, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein (WHEAT)), Water, Soy Sauce (12%)(Water, Sugar, Salt, Soy Sauce Extract (9%) (Water, Defatted SOYA Bean (3%), Salt, Roasted WHEAT), Colour (Ammonia Caramel), Acidity Regulator (Lactic Acid), Preservative (Potassium Sorbate), Garlic, Ginger.
